1. Acceptance of Terms By booking an appointment with Ona B Hair , you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not book an appointment.

2. Appointment Scheduling Clients can schedule appointments through our online booking system. All appointments are subject to availability. You will receive a confirmation email upon successful booking.

3. Cancellation Policy To cancel or reschedule an appointment, clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the service cost.

4. No-Show Policy If a client fails to show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice, they will be charged 50% of the service fee. This policy is in place to ensure that our stylists’ time is respected and that we can accommodate other clients.

5. Late Arrival Policy Clients are encouraged to arrive at least 5 minutes before their scheduled appointment time. A grace period of 15 minutes is allowed for late arrivals; however, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be considered a no-show, and the no-show policy will apply.

6. Payment Terms Payment is due in full at the time services are rendered. We accept various payment methods including cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payment options.

7. Booking Fees A non-refundable booking fee of $25 may be required at the time of scheduling your appointment. This fee will be deducted from your total service cost on the day of your appointment.

Hair included services requires a non refundable booking fee of $25 plus the full balance of each product included in your services.

8. Changes to Terms Ona B Hair reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Clients are encouraged to review these terms periodically for any updates or changes.
